Sony( Sony)- Sony India — sony kdl42w900b-no spare display
Worst Customer Service provided by Sony I bought Sony KDL-42W900B on 2015. On March month, TV display was out and I reached to the Customer Care and paid 1300 for the agent to visit. After 5 days I got an update saying that the Display for this product was stopped . How can Big company like Sony can stop the production of a spare products ? I bought for 86000 and now it’s a huge loss for me as I have to buy a brand new TV..
