Shoppers Stop(Police watch)-Defective product recieved

I have ordered watch in online which was on sale, to my surprise I have received a defective product which is not in working condition. After I called my customer care person, they told me to go visit the local shoppers stop store and check it. I have to take half day leave to visit the store, but the people over there informed there will be no responsibility if they done shopping in online. Shoppers stop online e-store and shoppers stop store work separately. After that customer service persons requested to visit the local store for a replacement of battery. Again I have to take half day leave to visit the store and do the fixing of battery. The battery was replaced and started working only till I reached my home. I have to once again call the customer care person to check with them. They have promised me they will replace the same watch and reimburse the amount occurred for the battery. After I have returned the product by reverse pick up by courier they called me and told the product is out of stock and will return my money. Till now I have not received my money or product. When I call the customer care people they are not responding properly. I request for a replacement of my product from shopper stop e-store. Attaching mail conversation documents, reverse pickup details and cost incurred for battery replacement.
