Airtel — expiry of plans in 7 days instead of 28 days 1 Review SoumyaGhosh06 on Apr 18, 2018 Submit a Complaint Sir/Madam, On 10/04/2018 I got a SMS from you about unlimited calls & 100 SMS per day for 28 days with Rs 93 recharge. On the same day I recharge Rs 93/- & got approval SMS from you with the plan details & validity of 28 days. But yesterday, 17/04/2018 I got some SMSs from you saying the plan would expired within few hours (midnight). Then I call your call center & customer executive told the offer was for only 7 days, not for 28 days & she was unable to help me out. I was further astonished that, at midnight the plan really expired & my main-balance also reduced significantly. So please do the needful & reinstall the above plan for the remaining 21 days & also reimburse the main-balance which was deducted by you at last midnight. Looking for your quick or positive response. Elsewhere I have to lodge complaint to TRAI, with all the supporting SMS of your approval of the above mentioned plan. Thanking You.
