Uber Cabs(Uber)-Payment harassment by Uber

This is to bring into your attention that I Divya Nabh (herein referred as a Uber user) have booked a cab from Madhu Vihar Bus Stop, Dwarka, New Delhi on dated 30th June 2018 which was booked for the destination to South Extension part -1,New Delhi. While booking the cab, it was mistakenly took the option of paytm payment. However at the end of the ride the fare was more then the amount i had in my paytm account... The driver asked me to make the Cash payment instead, which i readily agreed. The fare of Rs. 292 was paid by me to the driver in cash instead of paytm. Furthermore when asked, the driver told me that he have completed the ride with payment received and also i have rated as customer with 5 Star.. But for my sudden shock when i am again trying to book the cab, my uber account is showing the outstanding balance of Rs. 292.. if i have made the payment then why this outstanding is showing in my account. divya.nabh@gmail.com Contact no-9711242680 Trip date- 30/06/18 Driver Name- Lalit Car- Maruti suzuki Dzire Furthermore when contacted with team uber, they are not accepting my request rather stating that i have made the payment outsite uber system... i have firmly replied them that if the driver was allotted to me via uber application then how come the payment for the fare is outside the Uber system. The concern is not about just Rs. 292/- rather is about thr justice to us as a customers Thanks Divya Nabh 9711242680 Kindly take this matter to ur top concern as I am a regular uber user and it is important for me to book uber cabs regularly for my work.
