Snapdeal(sunglan GLARE 1200 m3/hr 90 cm Hood Chimney)-Received Damaged product

I purchased a chimney but after delivered (approx 16 days of payment) found complete material delivered in damaged condition, after so many mail communication get confirmation that I need to dispatched the material by my own but SNAPDEAL may refund the courier cost but currently courier company want the contact no which is not available also snapdeal not provide the same. This is the most worst experience for me. Neither I can contact with snapdeal over phone or they are not provide any telephonic contact details.
